Hey, I'm Jordan!

I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by emotions, especially anxiety, and to wonder if there’s a way out.

I'm a Psychotherapist (Qualifying), but before I went down the psychology path, I was someone who spent years trying to find relief from my own mental health struggles.

Yes, I battled with anxiety, worry, overthinking, and negative self-talk. In fact, I felt like I was always trying to escape my own mind.

It was when I was at my lowest, when I needed help the most, that I had an epiphany that changed my life forever. TLDR; I saw that I could turn bad feelings into good feelings.

This system made me feel better than I thought possible, and when I started sharing it with my clients, they started getting the same results... I realized that this was something that could change a lot of lives.

So I kept refining it; like over-1000-sessions-with-clients kind of refining it; hearing time and time again as they told me, "you've changed my life."

Hey, I'm Jordan!

I'm a Kinesiologist-turned-Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a passion for easing emotional suffering.

Why? Because I've struggled myself and don't want others to have to go through the same things. Also, it feels really good to help people!
